PayOffGalatians 6:9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

In the Obama era the deficit has shrunk by a Trillion dollars! President Obama has been fighting through so much resistance and racist rhetoric the last eight years. ┬áThe POTUS has been successful in accomplishing a lot of good for this country in spite of the hate. I don’t know how he withstood so much adversity; yes I do, his faith. Our President is a Christian and had the audacity to Hope and make change happen.

Nothing worth having ever comes easy. We have to believe in God and trust that he will see us through.

  1. Do not grow weary in doing good. Sometimes we can get tired and ask, “what’s the use in trying to do good when I’m meeting so much resistance?” When astronauts go into outer space they have to fight against resistance. When runners run they are fighting against wind resistance. When you are working out the only way to get stronger is through resistance training. The good that you do will always be resisted but don’t grow weary.
  2. Take a breather but don’t quit. Sometimes you need to take a quick timeout so that you can catch your breath and come up with a game plan but don’t quit. A delay is not a denial.
  3. In due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up. It took President Obama eight years of resistance to accomplish what he did. Sometimes it will take a decade to see change happen but you can’t give up. Your season is not like everybody else’s season. It might take you longer or sooner but don’t give up; its coming!

Dear God,

I thank you that my harvest is finally coming! I can see the breaking of a new day. You are turning this thing around. My critics may not acknowledge it. My haters might not broadcast it but it is working out for my good. Thank you for the rain because it helped to produce my harvest!

In Jesus Name!
