Don’t pass on this opportunity

Exodus 33:1-2 The Lord said to Moses, “Get going, you and the people you brought up from the land of Egypt. Go up to the land I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I told them, ‘I will give this land to your descendants.’ And I will send an angel before you to drive out the Canaanites, Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.

It’s 2nd and goal. You have the best running back in the league with 1:20 left. Why in the world would you pass? The Seattle Seahawks gave away their second championship because of a terrible call from the coach.

It’s scary to think that you can play a good game and throw it away at the end.

God has positioned us at the goal line and he has promised that he would get us in the endzone but we have to follow his call and not pass on the opportunity.

1. Get up, you and the people you brought out of Egypt. There has to be unity with the people on your team. Once everybody is on the same page it’s time to get up and leave Egypt. It’s not enough to leave your place of captivity but you also have to make sure your mind is still mobile.

2. Go to the place that God has promised. You have many people opposing you but a great opportunity to move. The apostle Paul said, “I have a great door of opportunity but many adversaries!” But when God says go you go!

3. God says he will send an Angel to drive out all your enemies. That was the play!! God is sending an angel to drive out your enemies all you have to do is follow the block the Angel has set. God is blocking for you. Don’t pass on the opportunity. Don’t throw away your chance for a championship. God is about ready to empower you to go into Beastmode. Don’t throw away this opportunity by making a stupid call!!

Dear God,

Help me to realize how close I am to crossing over into my promise. Don’t let me make any anxious calls or premature decisions that would damage my destiny. We’ve worked too hard to get here to throw it all away. Give us wisdom so that we may walk in. Give me the right plays and the right teammates to get everything you promised us.

In Jesus Name,
